This can happen, although I do my best to use the strongest adherence that will last the longest. If a piece gets knocked off it could be due to humidity in the air, or lack of humidity, however not to fret - just use super glue or DM me to figure out a solution. I do not provide $ back for fallen charms.

unfortunately, one exactly like it will not be possible to restock. I use materials as they are available and only one of each pipe.

I will however, restock similar themes and similar pipes! Sometimes I am able to get a certain pipe more than once 👌 but I cannot take custom requests, ( not yet )
